Ayesha I think my mail is quite clear. We are talking of testing ATMs before
they get deployed.
So no Delhi does not have a talking ATM. Only Pune had one which was
operational.

we have now gone into the finer points of the various services and

mails.
Therefore I am going to ask each and every one of you from Mumbai and
around
and those who are going to be in the city in the next few days to go to
St
Xaviers College-XRCVC and do your bit for yourself and for others in the
country who you represent. it is your suggestions that will make the
difference between accessible, non accessible and semi accessible.
