I think if you do not have any problem, you can restore your xp to a
previous Recent date on which this problem was not there.
The drivers may have got corrupted.

Dvd drive has been disappeared from device manager and my computer.
I have tried all options of add hardware wizard, but its not showing.
What step can be taken?
