Subject: [AI] Your valuable suggestions are needed regarding my transferproblem.

Respected members:

Good morning to all of you. In one of my previous mails I have
mentioned about my transfer problem. As you know, I’m working as a
teacher in a government primary school. Recently I was transferred to
a school, which is 45 kilometers from my residence. Unfortunately
there is no direct bus to that place. My previous school was just nine
kilometers from my residence and still one vacancy is there. Some of
our members suggested me to take this problem to my higher
authorities. So friends, I want your valuable suggestions to my
following queries.

1. Are there any circlers, which support my case? So that I can submit
these to my higher officials.

2. I think in session 33 in PWD act, I found the following point.
“Creation of a non-handicapping environment in places where persons
with disabilities are employed”. Now my doubt is can this point is
applicable to my case? As my work place is very far from my residence.
Please give me your valuable suggestions in this regard.

With warm regards
VIJAY
