I don't know if there is any point for me to write about this as there wouldn't be anyone from that organization.
But I think there is not enough clarity about daisy. Daisy is not a solution provided by some foreign company, it is a standard agreed by various international organizations working for persons with blindness. Some of the Indian organizations are also involved. Since it is a standard, no one makes money when daisy is adopted. And the benefits are huge, a book produced anywhere in the world can be read in any other part of the world, using a standard daisy player. I think perhaps the demo might have missed some details (sorry for that) but in fact the embossed buttons are defenitely supported by voice prompt that is amongst the special features of the device.
