If you are a government employee, you have do this:
For availing this discount, you have to gat a small form from the BSNL
office, fill it and get it signed by the head of your institute. You also
have to attach a copy of your salary slip and the last bill paid.
But, if you want to avail the facility as a blind person, you have to write
an application, and attach copies of the last bill paid and the blindness
certificate.
