Designation : Junior Supervisor (A&F) Grade 'S1' (Pay Scale of Rs.9000-22000). Location : Pune, Maharashtra The position is reserved for differently abled (Physically Handicapped) person.Shortlisted candidates will have to submit the Certificate of Disability. Only candidates with not less than 40% disability (Physically challenged) need apply Job Description The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day accounts, daily reconciliation, receipt and disbursement of cash, preparation of receipts, acknowledging payments, liaising with Bank and Airlines, issuing international credit notes etc. The incumbent will also responsible for reconciliation of international billing with airline payments, submission of STF/BDR to BSP by the due dates and preparation of incentive statement for Airlines. Job includes follow up for refunds with Airlines and day to day collection, posting of debtors, ledger scrutiny, rendering assistance for budget, finalising annual accounts and audits and preparation of various MIS reports from time to time. Qualification & Experience The candidate should be Commerce Graduate with minimum 3 years experience. Knowledge of Computer operation is essential.
