K01erala - Kannur KFB centre anniversary KANNUR: Cultural and sports events for the visually challenged will be held here on October 2, 3 and 4 in connection with the 20th anniversary of the Kerala Federation of the Blind (KFB) Rehabilitation Centre at Thottada here. KFB district secretary N. Muraleedharan said here on Wednesday that five of the visually challenged persons working in the rehabilitation centre had received the government's recognition for their service.
