The .dvf files are regarded as sony digital voice file. It is produced in Compressed audio file format used by Sony's IC digital audio recorders, Sony Digital Voice Editors, or a sony player plug-in for windows media player. Those who are looking to open .dvf file should download the sony player plug-in for windows media player. After you have properly installed the plug-in, you should be able to play the files.
