Dear all,

Is there any such software exists for Nokia N73 as it is also symbian
operated phone and developed at series 60 platteform (third generation)?

Subject: [AI] Nokia Multiscanner

Hello all

Stumbled on this info. Wondering if this phone supports Talks , Mobile
speak.Anyone checked this? Do let know

Nokia Multiscanner
is a free optical character recognition (OCR) application included on the
new Nokia E71 and Nokia E66 that provides business card reading and document
scanning capabilities on your smartphone.

When someone gives you a business card you can easily convert business card
details and save them to your address book. You simply take a photo and then
Nokia Multiscanner converts the text from the business card into electronic
data using OCR technology - recognizing name, company, address, mobile
number and other fields.

The same process can also be used to convert printed documents ? for
example, if you want to save the address of a restaurant that you?ve just
read about in a magazine, you can easily capture the address from the
magazine using Nokia Multiscanner and then save it as a note or send it to a
friend by e-mail or text message.

In future, you will also be able to translate foreign languages in images to
your chosen language. It will use language libraries to find the equivalent
word in your language. Language libraries are stored in the device and can
be updated over the air (OTA) directly to the mobile. Nokia?s working
prototypes are already capable of translating text between 52 languages.
