Hi, It appears to me that you or some one else has installed a Firefox add-on called LastPass Password Manager. To disable or uninstall it:
1. Go to Tools > Add-ons (ALT+T, A) 2. Arrow down through the list of add-ons, or press the letter L to reach all add-ons starting with this letter. 3. Tab till you find the Disable button or the Uninstall button. You could also learn more about this add-on and use it. Most Firefox add-ons are accessible.
