Our friend is using Jaws 9 on windows xp. When he is entering an address in either to or cc or bcc field, Jaws is not announcing it. The auto-complete process is active and he can check it. He wants jaws to announce the name suggested by the auto-complete feature. I checked that it may happen only if the screen echo is set to none using insert+s. Can it happen each time he starts OE? In jaws 10, the screen echo setting is retained over sessions. Please help. Best regards, Amiyo Biswas.
