If you need TTS for Arabic and Urdu then you can choose from available one. I really don't remember the name at this moment. But if you need a TTS which supports both Arabic and Gujarati scripts, then unfortunately there is no such TTS. By the way in either case you can still join eSpeak team to add support for Arabic and Gujarati scripts.
