I am not talking about its ccompetency; I am saying that MS is simply
doing and redoing a few things and releasing a new OS. I thought it is
perhaps time for them to do something entirely different from the core.

Windows 7 is very good.
I am using the rc version and am loving it.
It is a much improved version above vista.
