Ujjwala 2009, the annual festival of the centre is here to mark its 7th
anniversary. The festival is organized every year to provide a platform of
entertainment, fun, expression of creativity and talent to the blind young
adults. The visually impaired participants and guests are encouraged from any
walk of life to participate, perform, compete and to interact, enjoy, and
exhibit their talents.
This year, Ujjwala is being celebrated on 24th and 25th of October, 2009. The
main features would be:

Fun Competitions for the blind
Cultural Performances by the blind
Day 1 is for Sports and Day 2 for Cultural events. We are glad to invite
participants of 16+ of age for the performances and competitions. Any visually
impaired person above the age of 16 yrs can participate i.e. students/
teachers/ professionals. Details of events are enclosed. This year refreshments
shall also be provided to the participants of the events.
Attractive Cash Prizes will be given for the best performances.
