Hello! Subramani sir and list My deepest apologies to all of you and trust me I share this very pont of view and never had any intentions of doing an act which can turn out in a possible inconvenience. Honestly speaking, I would have never done it if it would have been in my hands and I will brief out what exactly happenned to clear my point. I will even request existing Orkut users to come forward and share few tips as to avoid these embarrassing circumstances. --- There is an option called "Find more friends" on the main page of orkut and when I clicked on it, it asked for my email address from which I wished to import email addresses. As this very email address is the one from which I have registered for orkut as well, I typed this email and waited for the next screen. On the next screen, it gave me the list of existing orkut users which were not already a part of my Friends list and asked me whether I wanted to invite them. This much is fine, but, where it went wrong was that below that list it told me that it has already sent invitations to those email addresses which were not a part of orkut already and I'm afraid that "[email protected]" was one of those email addresses and without my consent Orkut had sent email invitations to those whom I never wanted. ---- I would like to warn those users who might be thinking to follow the steps described above and let the more experienced ones give an explanation as to why this happenned and how to correct it. In the end, I apologize once again for this error on my part.
