Hello, If you are asking to get back to normal speech profile then note that there is one scheme as "Classic", Selecting that will do the trick.
You can revert to the default setting by deleting all the configuration files from the user settings folder which can be located from Start menu > program files > JAWS > Tools > Explore my settings, but that will delete all the settings you may like to have and if you would like to delete only setting related to MS word, then delete only word files from the folder.
