Hi! I believe this is none of the cellphone's fault or a problem of outdated firmware. This problem if I may term this as a problem is with the software "Talks" only as even I'm having the same issue with my current Nokia e51 with Talks 4 and had the same with my earlier one n73 with Talks 3.5. I believe the software is developed in this way only so for this what I have done is that I have put the Message alert tone to "off" and the same with Keypad tone too.
