You said "max background", if it is a typo then probably it means mathematics background.
As you have done graduation already, you can go for MCA. But you will have to take IGNOU's 1 year course for mathematics, it is perhaps called ppc. I don't remember the full form for it. You would also need to do one of the IGNOU's certificate programs about basic computer knowledge. Maths in PPC is of the same level as plus 2, so before you decide, make sure that you are familiar with basic mathematical concepts. Generally, your knowledge level should be of class 10th. By class 10th level I do not mean you should have studied at class 10th, but you should know the concepts and be able to solve questions at that level. Plus do some introspection to find out if you really have interest and aptitude for programming. Programming is mostly a solitary activity with intense focus.
