Hello, A senior member of our organisation wants to learn Tamil and he will start his training soon. He is totally blind and uses Braille for his personal works apart from computer.
He wants to learn Tamil Braille that he can keep notes. Can you help? I think, a good Braille primer or an equivalent will do for a start. If I get the address, it can be purchased. Still there will remain the problem of pronunciation or identification of the Braille characters. In that case, I would like request my Tamil friends to volunteer.
