If you deleted the message via outlook express or windows mail, then it is possible that your message could have reached trash and you could simply perform a search and recover the deleted message. However if you have deleted from the trash, then I am afraid that the message is lost for ever. In any case if I were you, I would just perform a mail search to see if the message could be some how found.
