Hai jayaprakash,
Which version of kurzweil programme are you using? if it is kurzweil 11, go
to utility submenu in the file menu and go to audio spool monitor and clear
the items there.
If it is an earlier version of kurzweil 1000, first enable the hidden file
option in the folder option and now go to
c:\documentsandsettings\applicationdata\kurzweil1000\audiospooler\pending
jobs, and delete all the files. again disable the hidden file option. this
will help to solve your problem.

Hi accessindians!
I am encountering a problem when i am trying to create MP3 files in
kurzweil the message is :AudioSpooler Application has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
After this error i am not able to create any audio files please suggest
some remedies to this problem
#1 when i uninstall and reinstall the software the same problem exists
