Anjali, 1. You need to disable space markers in Microsoft Word. You need to navigate to the "word options" dialogue box and look at the "display" category. You may want to disable the showing of all formatting marks.
2. As regards your issue with Jaws For Windows version 10, this is a more complex problem. I suggest you first try using the "default" switch when starting Jaws For Windows. This will allow you to run jaws using its default settings. Try navigating in folders. If you find that your navigation issues are solved, then all you need to do is to restore jaws to its original configuration. You can do this by repairing your Jaws For Windows installation.
