Its difficult to understand Macro Economics without learning the theories I
mean its difficult to get the concepts superfitially. Moreover most books on
the subjects are from foreign authors.

I would suggest you to do an online search and read books which you can
understand. And if some queries arise we can discuss them  individually.

Having being studied economics in detail probably I dont have a layman's
approach if some other list members can suggest you a book , nothing like
it.
