hi friends, my name is sunil. to creat the shortcut for restart/shutdown the pc, do the following, 1. go to the desktop, 2. make sure that no any item is selected. 3. if any item is selected, press the ctrl+space bar to unselect them, 4. now press the application key or right click from your key board, 5. select new submenu, 6. in the new submenu select the shortcut. 7 when you will select the short cut, a dialog box just like a vizard will open, now fill the following care fully in the location feeld type the following: "shutdown -r -t 00" without the " marks. now press tab key for once and press the next button, now the dialog box will ask you to give a name for the short cut give any name for this short cut and press the finish button moving by tab key. congratulation, you have done it
