Hi You can explore another option. The documents in word 2007 can be converted into word 2003 compatible documents. Do the following: Open the word 2007 document that you want to convert Press alt F followed by A and you should hear something like save as dialogue. It is the same keystroke that we have in word 2003. Give your preferred file name and hit tab. You would hear something like save as type. Use the arrow keys until you reach word 97-2003 document. Select your preferred destination and save.
