When I wrote to them, by email, very surprizingly, I got a return phone call
from the support team almost immediately.
The email Id is:

There was a small accessibility issue at their website. At the bottom of the
form, there was a improperly labeled button. On clicking it it leads you to
a rapidshare for downloading the app. I guess there is an issue up there
Anyway I have it me.

I am unable to download even after clicking on the link.
They ask the mobile number and the city and after pressing the button,
either the same page reappears or a different page, but no download link,
or message in the mobile.

they claim you can simply install it every ten days, and that its
perfectly ok with them. alternately you can pay them something like a
1000 bucks and have it registerdd for life. this offer is probably
until the end of this month.
