They are unnecessarily troubling you.
Well, since you have your account with NSDl, I advise you to contact NSDL
directly like in CDSL, we have operations department which deals with such
issues. But I am not aware about NSDL.
And oh yes, have you contacted ICICI's dp cell?
If not, then please try getting this problem solved at this level itself.
SBI dp cell is very sensible. There email response is poor but phone
response is good. No idea about ICICI.
