It is been a long time I have posted a question, hope you are doing fine

Coming to my question I am trying to recharge my bsnl mobile number
through
BSNL portal I am unable to do that, if any one of our access Indians used
this facility could help me in this regards, I will be deeply thankful.
I am unable to recharge from my bank account (ICICI) because I an not
getting the Tamil nadu circle in the portal so my other option is
bsnl.co.in
website which I am unable to do that but there is an option to do that, I
have even contacted the customer care center they are also giving the same
steps only but no use, so requesting our friends to help me in this
regards.
