And also, guide dogs are certified and the owner carries an ID containing
the picture of the guide dog along with a picture of himself/herself. In
other words, it is important to understand that guide dog usage requires
intensive training and henceforth let us not confuse regular dog owners with
guide dog owners.

In the article concerned, the subject had 40 dogs. Hence, the complainent
may not be fully unjustified.
Guide dog owners would not keep such a collection. Hence, have a balanced
approach and there is no need to make such hasty judgement.

I only wonder whether such cases will hamper the guide dogs users. There
should be some way to co-exist with the animals for they are very part of
nature. If we start behaving like this perhaps tomorrow no one would like
to
be disturbed by even birds, cats, flies.... list is endless. At the end
of
the day tolerance is what that makes a man!
