Hi Chandru sir,

Though I have some vision, I can't mark attendance independently. But my
colleagues help me in this regard. They hold my hand and put it in
the place where I have to mark attendance. Then I write the time and
sign.

Usually I go to the office very early. So, I have to wait for someone
to come and help me in this regard. I get bored during that time.

But I doubt if there is any other way of doing this.

Hello,

Here is the link to download the Skype for 3rd edition phones:
http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-symbian-s60fp1

You can talk and chat through the Skype in your 3rd edition phones. Or you
can down Fring and install from:
www.fring.com

But in Fring, chat messages are not accessible through screen readers.

With regards,

Gopalakrishnan

Hi
When I was in the clerical cadre where it was necessary for the employee to
sign the muster, the officer concerned with muster would mark me present.
Officers don't have to sign the muster themselves. So, now it is not a
problem for me anyway.
Presently, we have a smartcard ID which we have to swipe to get in / out.
This records our entry and acts like a muster.

Hi Ranjana,

I have used Office 2007 namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint with Jaws 10 and
have found it to be accessible. I believe Microsoft Access is more
accessible with Jaws 11.

Hi,
Place the insertion pointer in the table. Now, navigate to the ribbon bar
and look at the table specific options. There should be an option to convert
the table to text.
May I ask why you want to do this? Most modern screen readers can handle
tables effectively.
