Hello! Mostly, the method that social site users follow to import addressbook is by providing the email address and password on that particular site and on most occasions the website tells about the total no. of contacts and one can uncheck there and then only if he/she doesn't want an invite to be sent on a particular email address, but some sites like orkut do send invites automatically as soon as the contacts are imported. The possible solution to this is that the moderator sir can select the link located at the bottom of the invite saying something like "unscribe from notification" or something then getting the email address "[email protected]" registered in the exemptionsection of that particular site. This might take a little time but it's a permanent solution..
