May be of any help.
Introduction
There are multiple ways to open a document in Google docs. These are the two
most common ways:
1. Through Docs list, where you'll find a list of documents you've
created or that others have shared with you. Opening any of these documents
will take you to Google Docs.
2. From an email invite you received when someone shares a document
with you. This method will take you directly to Google Docs rather than
going through Docs list.
Signing in
To open your document from the Docs list:
1. Go to docs.google.com
2. The cursor focus appears in the username edit box. However, if the
username is already filled in when the page loads, then the cursor appears
in the password edit box.
3. Enter the username and password and press Enter.
To access the document from an email:
1. Open or copy and paste the URL.
2. If you open the link from the email, you won't be prompted to enter
your username and password. If you copy and paste the URL into a new window,
then you'll be prompted to enter your username and password.
Once you've signed in and opened a document, you'll be able to make edits to
it.
Reading or editing a document
Once you're signed in, the virtual cursor is turned off and the cursor focus
is in the document frame. At this point, you can use the arrow keys to read
through the document just like you'd read text on a website. To make any
edits, simply select, delete, add, etc. any of the text and all changes will
be made to the document.
Accessing menus
To access any menu, press the Esc key. Note: pressing the Alt key will take
the cursor focus to the browser menu bar instead of the Docs menu bar.
Navigating the Docs menus is similar to navigating most of the other menus.
General menu
Now that you have the content of the document, you may want to format it. In
order to format the text, you'll need to access the menus (File, Edit, View,
etc.). To make some formatting changes and access any of the menu items,
follow these steps:
1. Select the text you'd like to format.
2. Press the Esc key when the cursor focus is in the document text area
to place the cursor focus in the menu.
3. Navigate the menu using the left and the right arrow keys.
4. After navigating to a particular menu item, use the up and down
arrow keys to navigate between the options in the specific menu item.
5. Press Enter to select an option.
Alternatively, you can use the shortcuts provided in the menu (for example,
ctrl+s for save).
Formatting toolbar
In addition to the format menu, there's a formatting toolbar. This toolbar
includes options to change the color, font, size etc. Follow these
instructions to access the formatting toolbar and its options:
1. Press the Esc key to place the cursor focus in the main menu.
2. Press Tab once to get to the toolbar.
3. Use the right and the left arrow keys to navigate through the
options in the formatting toolbar.
4. Use the down and up arrow keys to navigate within each of the
options.
5. Press Enter to select an option.
Share menu
The Share menu is not part of the main menu and has some useful options such
as, sharing a document with others, posting the document on the Web etc.
Here's how you can access the Share menu:
1. Press the Esc key to access the main menu.
2. Press Shift + Tab three times to get to the Share button. The first
tab will take you to the Save and close button, the second tab will take you
to the Save button, and the third tab should take you to the Share menu.
3. Use the up and down arrow keys to go through the options of the
Share menu.

is loaded, it's possible that this cursor turns back on without you noticing
it. If the cursor focus is not set on the menu bar when you press Esc, turn
off the virtual cursor manually and try using the Esc key again to access
the menu bar.
2. To navigate out of the menu and back to the document, press the Tab
key twice.
Naming or renaming a document
A document can be named either the first time you create it or after the
whole document is completed. Here's how you name or rename a document:
1. Press the Esc key.
2. Press Shift+Tab four times or until you hear the current name of the
document which is recognized as a link. Note that if the document was not
previously named, then the link is called "Untitled".
3. Press enter on the link. The link is converted into an edit box with
the title as text entered in the edit box. To change the text, select the
text and enter the new desired text.
4. Press tab to the "ok" button and press enter. Note: The new title is
shown automatically or after a page refresh if there are no errors.

To convert a word document into .PDF format. You have to use the software
"Adobe robo help 8,/ madcap flare/ adobe frame maker and other such help
authoring tool. Basically, you have to import the word document into .PDF
file.
That's what I know. IF there is any other easy way to change the word
document into .PDF, even I would like to know.
