I personally use freecall, justvoip, intervoip and nymgo. There are
plenty available but the above mentioned voip softwares are the
cheapest ever available even much cheaper than skype with a loads of
credit filling options, (which means you don't need to have credit
card) with flat rates to any network or unlimited phone calls to
particular country. Also these above mentioned softwares give you free
unlimited calls to some countries like US. These softwares also works
with SIP settings, which allow you to use softwares with any smart
phones. Please note that to make free unlimited phone calls within US
and 0.010 cents to India - you must have a little credit atleast.
