Dear access Indian friends!!! hoping all are doing great.

Now a days, Iam facing a problem using solona capture service.


when ever I will login to my account, it is telling, capture   service 
unavailable.

I already give the feedback to them many times, but from there side, there is 
no response.

by default Iam using, internet, so  that was very helpful to me.


could any one can tell me, How I can solve this problem??
