Well, I'm afraid, if there are any branded phones except Samsung and Intex, which support dual sim and both mentioned brands don't have symbian OS on those models - still you ought to check this out with Samsung, if they do have any dual sim phones with symbian as an OS on it.

I've once used dual-sim holders/adapter with my then existing nokia phone with talks installed on it, when I was in England and those holders are still available in UK. You also get to check this thingy out in some grey market here in India.

Nokia WME 2010 in Barcelona already indicated that they rolling out some new models with dual-sim and symbian installed on them in later half of this year. I guess Talks should be working fine on those.
