Hello sir,
I am planning to purchase a new mobile that can support Nuance Talks, Way
Finder, Load Stone, Mobile Speak and Colour Recognizer. Could you kindly
suggest me whether Nokia N 79 or any phone in E series would be a better
alternative. You are also welcome to suggest any mobile of Sonny Ericson,
Samsung or Motorola model. Also please tell me how are the new brands of
mobiles such as Lemon, Lava, G 5, LG, HPC and Onida can be useful with the
above softwares. Moneywise, I don't want to go beyond Rs. 15000. Thanks.
Warmly Yours, Dr. Yogesh Sharma from Ludhiana, Punjab.-----Original

Sir:
You can convert PDF doccuments into word mainly in two ways.
1 Open the doccument using Kurzweil and then save it in the word format.
2 You can directly convert the PDF into text by going to the file menu and
selecting save as. there just select "save as txt" and give the file name.
OK. You are done.
With regards. Hari.

BANGALORE: He's visually impaired but that hasn't deterred him from
scaling heights which would daunt most people. N Dasharath is the
first person in India to earn a PhD in Law, and on February 8, he
received his certificate from by the Chief Justice of India K G
Balakrishnan in New Delhi.
He once nursed a dream of excelling in engineering and joined the R V
College of Engineering in Bangalore. After nine months, he faced
difficulties in practicals and decided to give up the course. But, he
didn't lose heart and joined a Law course, went on to do his Master's
and now got his doctorate.
He hails from a lower middle class family. Dasharath, 45, told STOI
his father retired from the Railways. "My mother was a homemaker and
my parents always supported me when I said I wanted to study. This
boosted my morale and I was never made to feel I was visually
impaired. I suffer from retina pigmentation and there is no treatment
for this disease. my visibility range is 10 metres ? beyond that,
everything is a blur," he said.
Dasharath did his schooling in St Mary's Convent High School in
Raichur and completed his post-graduation from University Law College,
Bangalore. "All through school and college, I didn't face any
problems. My friends and teachers were always supportive and treated
me warmly." he recalls.
Dasharath pursued his PhD at the Indian Law Institute, a deemed
university in New Delhi. His thesis was on ?Human Rights and Labour
Laws for Persons with Disabilities', under the guidance of V B
Coutinho, former vice-chancellor, Gulbarga University and currently
director of legal education, New Delhi.
Best regards,
Raghavendra
