Yes indee. It's for member's own safety and of course it cannot be forced. But 
I think that people have to have some responsibilities. In some cases for 
example there will be one or two sentenses as for as their actual message is 
concern, but the rest of it will be filled with signature lines. For someone 
sitting in New Delhi or New York with unlimited high speed internet, it does 
not matter. But those coming from remote areas of the country with limited 
internet access, it can slow things down in terms of his/her access to 
information. Remember folks, the list is called "Access India", not "access 
Indian cities alone".
