here is one trick, it works with me, i don't know whether it will work for
you or not. open the file in adobe reader. go to edit menu and hit enter on
copy file to clip board. wait for 10 to 15 seconds while your text is to be
copied to the clip board. close the application. open hjpad on
programmes>jaws>run hjpad. paste here the text by pressing ctrl v. wait for
a while. press ctrl end to go to the bottom of file and confirm whether the
text have been copied or not. i presume that the txt will be copied. save
the file in its default rtf format. close the application. reopen the file
using hjpad. I found the hjpad is a very useful tool. explore this
application as your convenience.

Thank you very much for giving me the suggestions and the PDF to word
converter. Using Kurzweil it is possible to read the document. But the
problem is that it cannot give 100% accuracy especially while trying to
read the data arranged in a tabular format. The PDF to word converter also
has the same problem. Some times the colum and raw arrangement may
distorted. It will definitly result in reaching in a wrong conclusion.
That will definitly affect the profit of the company. So we are helpless
with the converter also.
Any how I am looking forward for a good solution.
