I guess, Vetri was mentioning here about Rohtary Helen Keller Talkingbook Library located at Madurai- Tamilnadu. Yes, they will be still using audio cassettes and they also have the capacity to convert cassettes in to MP3 format and write them in CD. This library is highly committed and in my next e-mail, I will give you the contact information of the Director of this library- Mr. Nicholas Francis and I am 100% sure that there are still people using audio tapes and yearning to read the cassette materials.
