every time i open gmail.com, secondly, why i should open gmail.com if pop
access is provided by gmail?

Nothing to worry Sir,
Its just when you open your gmail account many dialog box appears
regarding
the Security.
Go to every dialog box one-by-one by pressing Alt + tab and press space
bar
on yes button.
Note: you have to do this 10 to 12 times, As these many dialog box appears
on the screen.
