I am using icici banks online service at icicibank.com but I find no
difficulty in using it. though there is no shortcuts for screen readers. but
I can use it without the help of any sighted person. I regularly pay the
bills of mtnl. Delhi and b.s.e.s rajdhani power ltd. through this URL. the
service is good.
