Assuming that you want to/ are going to work for a bank that uses Finacle for 
its banking and financial operations, here are a few things you need to find 
out before the accessibility of this Java based application can be determined.

1.      What OS is installed on the machine that you are going to work on? 
Google tells me that Finacle is Java based, so it can run on any platform, 
Windows, Linux, or even UNIX.
2.      Are you allowed to install a third party application on the machine on 
which Finacle is installed?
3.      What part of your job involves using this software, e.g. querying data, 
managing data, etc?

As has already been suggested, it’s possible that you may be dealing with an 
HTML interface, but I think that’s unlikely, since HTML is usually served to 
the customers, which if my above assumption is true, you are not.

Of course, it’s quite possible that someone may already have tested the Java 
interface of Finacle for its accessibility.
Also, if you prefer, you may answer off-list.
