Sir:
In edition to what has been said, I would say following:
1. There exists a tool called "win to flash" which is very simple and easy
to use.
You need 6 to 8 GB pen drive for good speed in all the cases.
With this tool you just have to follow the prompts, keep your win 7 dvd
ready and it will do the rest for you.
2. MS also has some tool called windows 7 dvd to USB tool or something.
In all the cases, your pen drive will first get formatted so make sure you
take the backup of important data!
Just google for tools.
You can create auto installer for win 7 but the only problem with this that
it disturbs all your existing partitions and creates a single partition.
I am not sure though about the thing which I am going to say you but you can
look for it. If you do not specify the partition, then you can do all the
things automatically except one thing that is to choose a drive in which
your windows should get installed. For that you can remember the minutes
before you have to choose the drive and then use auto installer
successfully.
I haven't tried any of this, I am saying because I have got to know from net
that there are people who have successfully done so.
