Hi,
Some of you probably remember the Wayfinder Access Protest Petition at
http://www.talknav.com/protest . 1577 persons have already signed the
petition, 56 from India. (see stats by country on signatures list, + lots of
great comments!)
The following is perhaps interesting for you. Vodafone UK told me on
Twitter:
"@PerBusch: Vodafone Group is reviewing options for Wayfinder Access
customers & will be in touch in due course. Thanks ^LS"
http://twitter.com/VodafoneUK/status/10576479011
The web relations team of Vodafone UK left the same comment on a very
interesting article about the death of Wayfinder and continuation of servers
on GPS Business News (2 pages):

Now my blue-eyed hope is that the Vodafone Group will sponsor respectively
support the Loadstone-GPS open source project, the only remaining GPS
solution for blind
Symbian users. You can help by advocating too. For example, Vodafone is on
Twitter with @Vodafone_Group, @VodafoneUK, @VodafoneNZ, @Vodafone_Es and
@VodafoneIN for India. Spread the word.
Best regards, Per
