Dear list members: One of my VI friends is appearing for her IAS prelims this year. She got a letter asking her to fill in all the details of a scribe for the examination. The letter only mentions that the eligibility of the scribe should not be more than the graduation. Is it true? will there be any problem if we take a scribe who has done their graduation many years ago? Is there any one who is writing the same examination? Could you share any info regarding this if you have? There is only a week left to send them the filled application. So any urgent help will be highly appriciated.
