Dear Friends, My friend Bharat Vaya has installed jaws11 in his PC. But he is encountering a peculiar problem. JAWS11 does not show links and headings. In fact it does not read them--neither in Outlook Express nor in any websites. Strangely enough, jaws10 shows them in the same PC. He reformatted his PC thinking that the problem was the product of a virus. But, even after the reformatting, the same problem persisted. At my instance, he disabled his antivirus software, but to no avail. If we install the same software using the same CD in another PC, it works perfectly all right. Is there any explanation? Bharat and I were stunned at the strangeness of the technology and its complexities. Please help. I know there are many knowledgeable members in this group.
