actuel adobe Reader for s60 does not have the Acrobat accessability and make
accessable plugins, thats why talks or mobile speak can't read it

Not necessarily. Talks does not support even some text editors like quick
office properly. I an not complaining and talks is one of the best screen
readers we have for s60 phones, but they still have to make some
improvements.
