the national insitute for the mentally handicapped located in hyderabad does
have a special school for the mentally handicapped and the multipley
disabled. the concerned persons will need to get in touch with the institute
and take it from there. they would call them for an assessment and and chart
the next course of action. an appointment needs to be taken first. the
