Recently, I had this problem in my dell inspiron 1525 laptop after formatting. I installed jaws before installing the video driver. However, I reformatted and installed jaws after the installation of video driver. Now, video intercept is properly installed and I can use jaws cursor and invisible cursors. did you format your system recently? Or is it the first time that you are facing this issue?
