hello shilpa, some times its happened, some of the files of windows and jaws get currepted and as a result, jaws gives the error of video intercept. in this situation, dont be panic, and download the video intercept from the following links. and install the video intercept.exe. link: ftp://ftp.freedomscientific.com/users/hj/private/WebFiles/Tools/FSVideoIntercept.exe
